    HOW DO WE DO THIS ?

    → ADEO has developed many in-house digital solutions and business apps, such as the OMS – Order Management System, ATP to calculate sale commitment, Kazaplan – for 3D design plans for customers, services and projects in stores, voice bots and chatbots, Pro mobile applications, and the implementation of FinOps.

      → Since 2019, the ADEO x Google partnership enables all our companies to benefit from high technologies and knowledge to proceed their digital transformation towards a more customer- centric approach powered with data.

      → In late 2022 the group migrated all its data from Teradata, to Google Cloud Platform, without any incident. A premiere for a big sized company – but also for Google!

      → Management of the customer experience (Alida).

      → User-Generated Content (Bazaar Voice) Product Lifecycle Management (Centric Software).

      → Knowledge graph technology (Neo4j).

      → Test & analysis of performance (Octotest)…

        → Local initiatives have been developed by ADEO companies, such as installation services app in Brazil, or HR and skills management innovations in Romania, and are now used by several business units.

        → The ADEO worldwide digital platform has been created through a strong commitment and collaboration between several business units, such as Leroy Merlin Italy, France, Spain, but also Bricoman, Technomat, Obramat…
